The prices of all the products on sale on the site are inclusive of taxes and duties. Shipping costs are free for orders over €99.
Albert M. works with DHL and UPS to ship orders to customers. It is possible to track the shipment through the courier's website for national and international orders.
Returns Policy
Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on Albertm.it.
To proceed with the return, fill in the online return form. Once completed, you will receive the receipt by email to be printed and inserted in the package. The products to be returned must be sent within 14 days from the date of completion in the form.
The products have not been used, worn, washed or damaged; the identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal; the products are returned in their original packaging.
If you have complied with all the required conditions, Milor S.p.A. will refund the price of the purchased products in full, with only the return shipping costs at your expense. Otherwise the return will not be accepted.
In accordance with art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after Milor S.p.A. will have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a return acceptance e-mail and Milor S.p.A. will proceed with the refund, which will be credited within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.
All products offered for sale by Milor S.p.A. they are equipped with an identification tag fixed with a disposable guarantee seal, which forms an integral part of the goods. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and relative seal. Otherwise the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The return shipping costs are at your expense. The shipping address is Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan. In the event of loss or damage to the products during transport, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
These Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts".
The products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee from the date of purchase. The guarantee will be valid only if the use of the product is assessed by Milor as compliant with the section of the site relating to Jewelery care.
Rhodium and gold plating defects caused by improper use of the product, as well as accidental breakage of stones and locking mechanisms are not covered by the guarantee.
In any case, the shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
