How long does it take to receive my jewelry?

Shipping is free.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment and delivered by courier within 2–3 business days.
What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange ordered items within 14 days of delivery by completing the online return form. Once completed, you will receive by email a receipt to print and place inside the package.

Within 14 days of your return request, ship the order at your own expense to Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan, Italy, enclosing the request receipt.

Once we receive your package, we will send you a refund confirmation email; the refund will be issued within 14 days of the date the return is accepted.
